Natural Disasters
Some of the most common natural disasters that occur are sandstorms, floods and droughts.
Sandstorms are often caused by strong gusts of wind the that head over from the desert, often creating new sand dunes and other formations. Most animals and humans take shelter during these storms but many crops are often covered by dust, which can prevent them from getting the proper sunlight they need.
Droughts are common in this part of the world, especially in the desert regions. These occur when there is little or no moisture in the air.

Change in Average Temperature and Precipitation
The average change in temperature and precipitation is usually caused by a change in the seasons as shown by the climograph in part one. It usually gets less than 3.15 inches of rain annually and rain never occurs during the summer. In coastal regions it gets up to 7.9 inches of rain. The average usually occurs during the transition of summer to winter as it never rains during the summer. The temperature also goes down during the transition from summer to winter in which the average temperature goes down considerably.
