Latitudes

26.0000° N, 30.0000° E (Egypt's coordinates)

Most of Egypt is considered a part of the Desert Biome, but it also includes Wetland Biome along the coastal strips. There is also a large amount of desert shrub and shrub steppe regions within the Desert Biome.

Relations to the Ecosystem

Because Egypt is located in this biome, it gets much less precipitation than many other places in the world, which creates a very dry and hot climate which makes the ecosystem extremely dry and deficient of certain nutrients that make life possible for certain types of life. This extreme climate is exclusive to certain flora and fauna and creates a very unique ecosystem that only certain creatures can live in.
